  A: Not at all. The Handsfree series delivers better energy efficiency than most competitors.
  1. Bulit with an all-new modular wireless design and high-density LiFePO4 battery cells, its compact structure is 3X thinner than traditional power stations.
  2. With structural and software upgrades, it achieves lower power consumption and longer battery life. The wireless connection between all modules eliminates the high energy consumption and complex wiring.
  3. Optimized control systems reduce standby power consumption to as low as 7W in AC/DC modes, much lower than the 10W found in similar products.

• Q3: Is there a risk of overheating when charging outdoors on the go?

  A: Both Handsfree 1 and 2 feature AC outputs and dual 100W USB-C ports, compatible with DJI's full range of consumer drones.
  For example, Handsfree 1 supports the FPV, Mini, and Air series, while Handsfree 2 supports the Mavic series and FPV. Both can fully charge up to 3 drone batteries in one go.

• Q6: Are Handsfree 1/2 waterproof?

  A: No, but the BluePack backpack is designed with comprehensive water resistance, featuring splash-resistant fabric, waterproof zippers, and a rain cover that can handle medium to heavy rain, ensuring protection in various outdoor conditions.
  Note: To safeguard the storage unit and electronics, always use the rain cover in wet weather and avoid long-term exposure to rain.

• Q7: What solar panels can be used to charge Handsfree 1/2?

  A: The requirements for solar panels:
  a. Input voltage range: 12VDC-28VDC (Handsfree 1), 12VDC-45VDC (Handsfree 2)
  b. With an MC4 connector. Recommended BLUETTI solar panels: PV120, PV200D for Handsfree 1, and PV120, PV200D, PV350 for Handsfree 2.

• Q8: Is the backpack uncomfortable to carry since the power station and electronics are heavy?

  A: The backpack features a professional carrying system - ErgoBLUE, including load-bearing straps, shoulder straps, chest and waist straps, back supports, and waist padding, all designed to distribute weight evenly. The shoulder, waist, and back contact areas are made of breathable mesh material, ensuring a cool and comfortable carrying experience.

• Q1: How does the Bluetti subscription work?

  The Bluetti subscription allows you to pay a monthly fee for your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station. You can cancel whenever you like and return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station with no hidden fees. We send you a shipping label (return costs on us), and you return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station in the original packaging.

• Q2: What’s included with the Bluetti subscription?

  The Bluetti subscription includes a brand new or like-new AC180 Solar Portable Power Station (normally a $999 product to purchase) and a warranty for as long as you keep your Bluetti subscription for any issues that may arise, with the exception of user error or gross negligence.

• Q3: Is this the same as financing or a rent-to-own program?

  This is not a rent-to-own program. When you cancel your Bluetti subscription, you are required to return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station. The goal of the program is to provide ongoing value through a variety of benefits as well as new future products, not to create more options to buy a AC180 Solar Portable Power Station.

• Q4: Can I cancel anytime? Are there any hidden fees?

  Yes, you can cancel your Bluetti subscription at any time. No contract, hidden fees, or gotchas. We cover the return shipping label as well.

• Q5: What if I want to upgrade my BLUETTI AC180?

  This is not a rent-to-own program, as our Bluetti subscription includes flexibility, service components, future upgrade opportunities, and a lifetime warranty. However, you may still contact us if you are interested in purchasing your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station, as we are often able to create an option where a portion of your monthly payments to-date can be applied as a discount against the listing price.

• Q6: What if the BLUETTIE AC180 is damaged?

  Please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to evaluate the cause, and with the exception of intentional, excessive, or grossly negligent damage, we will ship you a new product or component and cover shipping fees in both directions. • Q7: How do I track my order status?

  Updates are sent to the email address you used to sign up. This includes: order in review, order approved, tracking number received (at which point you can opt for additional delivery status updates), out for delivery, and order delivered.
