FAQS
-
Q1: What battery chemistry is used with AC2A?
A:AC2A uses Lithium-ion Phosphate batteries (LiFePO4) for safety and durability, ensuring over 3,000 charge cycles while retaining 80% capacity.
-
Q2: What is Power Lifting Mode?
A:IPower Lifting Mode allows AC2A to run high-power heating devices up to 600W, such as space heaters, hair dryers, electric kettles, electric blankets, etc.
Do NOT use these units to run an air conditioner or washing machine as the built-in motors / compressors may have a surge power of 2-4 times the rated power, which may exceed the output of AC2A. -
Q3: Can I charge and discharge AC2A at the same time?
A:Yes.
-
Q4: How do I know if AC2A can power my loads?

-
Q5: How quickly can I charge the AC2A?
A:AC2A supports up to 270W AC input. Plug it into a wall outlet and enable the Turbo Charging mode on the BLUETTI App, and you can fill it up in only 1.2 hours.

Q1: How does the Bluetti subscription work?
The Bluetti subscription allows you to pay a monthly fee for your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station. You can cancel whenever you like and return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station with no hidden fees. Q3: Is this the same as financing or a rent-to-own program?
This is not a rent-to-own program. When you cancel your Bluetti subscription, you are required to return your AC180 Solar Portable Power Station. The goal of the program is to provide ongoing value through a variety of benefits as well as new future products, not to create more options to buy a AC180 Solar Portable Power Station. -

This is not a rent-to-own program, as our Bluetti subscription includes flexibility, service components, future upgrade opportunities, and a lifetime warranty. Q6: What if the BLUETTIE AC180 is damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to evaluate the cause, and with the exception of intentional, excessive, or grossly negligent damage, we will ship you a new product or component and cover shipping fees in both directions. Depending on the degree of user fault, you may be charged for replacement components, parts, or shipping fees. If you’d like further assistance, feel free to contact us at support@fragile.co. -
